    Results

What changes once AI is wired in.

AI integration solutions we built on clients' existing tools, with the numbers they measured.

    1. Government contracting

Proposals cut from 60 hours to under one.

A federal contractor bidding on $10M+ contracts could only submit 3–4 proposals a quarter, because each one took about 60 hours to assemble by hand. We built an AI workflow that pulls past performance, checks compliance and formats to spec, so the team now submits 12+ a quarter.

<1 hper proposal, down from ~60
      3xproposal capacity
      +23%win rate
    2. SaaS / Software

85% of support tickets resolved by AI.

A SaaS company with 50,000+ users had its best agents answering the same questions all day, and customers waited two hours for a reply. We built an AI assistant trained on their past tickets that answers instantly and hands complex cases to a person with full context.

      1,200+agent hours back every month
      <5 sfirst response, down from 2 h
      +45%customer satisfaction
    3. Insurance

      Claims processed 75% faster.

A regional insurer's adjusters spent 70% of their time on routine claims, so every claim took 15 days. We built an AI that reads the documents and photos, checks the policy and recommends a decision, so adjusters only handle the complex cases.

      600+hours back every month
      99.5%decision accuracy
      +30%capacity, no new hires
    4. E-commerce / D2C

Every lead contacted in under 20 seconds.

A home goods brand spending $40K a month on ads took 6–12 hours to reply to new leads, so many bought elsewhere. We built an AI system that replies by SMS, email or voice call within 20 seconds, day or night.

      +34%conversion rate
      −28%customer acquisition cost
      100%of leads contacted
    5. Legal services

      Manual invoice entry eliminated.

A boutique law firm's paralegals spent a quarter of their time retyping invoices, so billing ran late. We built an AI assistant that reads every invoice, matches it to the right case in Clio and syncs it to QuickBooks.

      40+hours back every month
      99.8%data accuracy
      50%faster billing cycle

    The problem

The use case is clear. The wiring isn't.

    17–20%

of US businesses reported using AI in recent Census Bureau surveys.

    37%

of firms with at least 250 employees reported using AI.

Plenty of teams know what AI should do for them. Connecting it to systems that hold real customers, orders and money is where it stalls.

    • AI on the side: Staff copy and paste between a chatbot window and the CRM.
AI integrated into your systems: The AI reads and writes in the CRM through its API, with no copying.
    • AI on the side: A demo works on sample data, then breaks on real records.
AI integrated into your systems: Every connection is tested end to end on your real data before launch.
    • AI on the side: The tool has broad access nobody reviewed or limited.
AI integrated into your systems: Access can be limited to what each task needs, with a person approving risky actions.
    • AI on the side: Nobody notices when it quietly starts failing.
AI integrated into your systems: If something isn't right after launch, it gets fixed at no extra cost.

A model that can't reach your systems can't do your work.

    Is it time?

Signs you need integration, not another pilot.

    Signals you need this

    • You know the use case, but nothing connects to your CRM or helpdesk
    • Staff paste data between AI tools and your systems by hand
    • Pilots worked in a demo and stalled before real use
    • You have no AI engineers, and IT has no time to build connectors

    When not to invest yet

    • You haven't yet picked a process worth automating
    • You want a chatbot on your site and nothing more
    • Your systems have no way to connect, and you plan to replace them

    What you get

AI implementation services, end to end.

    • A map of the systems involved and what each needs to read or write
    • AI models and agents connected to your CRM, email, phone and helpdesk through their APIs
    • A fixed-price proposal with exact scope and timeline, before anything starts
    • Testing end to end on your real data before launch, so nothing goes live until it works without errors
    • Your team trained, with documentation they will use
    • Everything we build is yours: code, accounts, prompts and data
    • Optional monthly support to keep it running and add the next process

    How it works

The Payback Loop. Five steps. Each build pays for the next.

We don't start with the AI. We start with the money.

One team of AI automation specialists runs all five
    1. Consulting

We find the manual work in your company and how many hours each task eats every week.

      Process map
    2. Consulting

We put a dollar figure on each process and rank them by payback. You see what to automate first, and what to leave alone.

      AI roadmap, ranked by payback
    3. Implementation

We build the first system on the tools you already use. Nothing new for your team to learn.

    4. Implementation

We test it end to end before launch. It doesn't go live until it works without errors.

      Tested, system live
    5. Support

The first build pays back fastest, so its savings fund the next one. Back to the map, and we keep every system running.

Consultancies stop at the roadmap. Freelancers build without one. The loop only works when one team runs all five. You approve, we execute: about an hour a week from you.

    FAQ

    Questions about AI integration.

    • AI integration services connect AI models and agents to the systems a company already runs, such as CRM, helpdesk, email and databases, through their APIs, with access controls, testing and monitoring so the AI works inside daily operations.
    • Integration wires AI into the tools you already have so it can read and act inside them. Building a new AI system around your data and processes is a separate job. Many projects need both, in sequence.
    • Through tool use, also called function calling. The model asks to call a function you define, and your own code runs it against your system and returns the result. The model never touches the system directly.
    • AI access can be safe, with limits. OWASP warns that agents given broad tool access can take damaging actions on manipulated outputs. Limiting access to what each task needs and keeping a person on risky steps reduces that risk.
    • An AI implementation consultant turns a chosen use case into a working system. Here that means mapping what each system must read or write, connecting AI through APIs, testing on real data and fixing what isn't right after launch.
    • Your first system is usually live in 14 to 21 days, and a full system takes 6 to 8 weeks. You get a fixed-price proposal with exact scope and timeline before anything starts.
    • No technical team is needed. We build, connect and maintain it. Your side needs about an hour a week to approve and give feedback, plus access to the systems being connected.
    • Yes. Optional monthly support keeps it running and adds the next process on your roadmap, month to month. If something isn't right, we keep working on it at no extra cost.

    Final step

    Pick a time. Let's talk.

You leave knowing which processes to automate first and what each one costs you today, whether we work together or not.

You can keep paying for manual work, or find out this week exactly what it costs you.

    What happens on the call

    1. Before

You answer 3 quick questions when you book, so we come prepared.

    2. On the call

We find the manual work that costs you most and put a number on it, live.

    3. Decide

An honest read on whether we're the right fit. If we're not, you'll hear it on the call.

Once you book, we look at your site and tools before the call, so the 30 minutes go to your numbers, not introductions.
