SaaS / Software
85% of support tickets resolved by AI.
A SaaS company with 50,000+ users had its best agents answering the same questions all day, and customers waited two hours for a reply. We built an AI assistant trained on their past tickets that answers instantly and hands complex cases to a person with full context.

Every lead contacted in under 20 seconds.
A home goods brand spending $40K a month on ads took 6–12 hours to reply to new leads, so many bought elsewhere. We built an AI system that replies by SMS, email or voice call within 20 seconds, day or night.

The problem

77%

Asking by hand is the first thing dropped on a busy week. Reviews end up coming from the few customers who feel strongly, good or bad.
- Asking by hand: Someone remembers to ask only when the week is quiet. With review automation: Every finished job triggers a request, without anyone remembering.
- Asking by hand: The request goes out days later, when the visit is forgotten. With review automation: The request goes out at the right moment, while the experience is fresh.
- Asking by hand: A complaint shows up first as a public review. With review automation: An unhappy reply goes to your team so you can fix it first.
- Asking by hand: Replies to reviews pile up or go unwritten. With review automation: Each review gets a drafted reply for you to approve.
- Asking by hand: Nobody knows which customers were asked and which were missed. With review automation: Every request and response is logged in your CRM.
Ask every customer. Hide nothing.

Is it time?
Signs you need a review system.
Signals you need this
- Your best customers rarely leave reviews
- Competitors with weaker service show more reviews
- Complaints reach you through a public review first
- Nobody owns replying to reviews
- Requests depend on one person remembering
When not to invest yet
- You expect new reviews to appear within the first day or two
- The lowest price matters more to you than a system that works
- You want a reputation report, not a system that sends requests
- Logins to the CRM and review profiles cannot be shared yet
What you get
From the first request to a live system.
- A map of how and when you ask for reviews today, and what gets missed
- A fixed price for the review system, with scope and launch date agreed first
- An automated review request by text or email, built on your CRM and the tools you already use
- Escalation of unhappy customers to your customer service team
- Drafted replies to every review, which you approve before they post
- Testing end to end before launch, plus training and documentation for your team
- You own the review flows, accounts, prompts and data
How it works
The Payback Loop. Five steps. Each build pays for the next.
We don't start with the AI. We start with the money.

Consulting
First, we find the manual work in your company and how many hours each task eats every week.
Process mapConsulting
Each process gets a dollar figure and a rank by payback. You see what to automate first, and what to leave alone.
AI roadmap, ranked by paybackImplementation
We build the first system on the tools you already use. Nothing new for your team to learn.
A working systemImplementation
Every system is tested end to end before launch. It doesn't go live until it works without errors.
Tested, system liveSupport
The first build pays back fastest, so its savings fund the next one. Back to the map, and we keep every system running.

Consultancies stop at the roadmap. Freelancers build without one. The loop only works when one team runs all five. You approve each step; we do the work.
FAQ
Questions about review automation.
- Review automation is software that asks customers for reviews, tracks the responses and helps you reply, without anyone sending each message by hand. Ours is built on your CRM and the tools you already use.
- Google review automation sends each customer a message with your Google review link right after a job or purchase. It is the same idea as an automated Google review request, set up for the way your business works.
- Yes. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews has applied since October 21, 2024. It targets fake reviews and review gating, not asking. We build the system to follow it, and you should confirm details with your own counsel.
- No, and the FTC rule is clear on this. Incentives cannot depend on a positive review, and every customer should get the same request. Unhappy customers are routed to your team to help them, not hidden from the review link.
- No. The FTC rule bans reviews that pretend to come from someone who does not exist, including AI-generated ones. Our system only asks real customers and drafts replies to real reviews, which you approve.
- A bot that only blasts links does little. A system that asks at the right moment, routes complaints and logs results works better. Our CRM automation work connects the request to your customer records.
- Yes. Automated review management for large businesses means many locations and teams sharing one process. We build for each location's tools and approvals, and your team stays in control of every reply.
- We connect to your CRM, email and phone tools, so one event, like a finished job, triggers the request. You do not change your software. See how we approach AI integration.
